To redeem your upgrade, please bring your original ticket (either wristband, or digital ticket which will be delivered to your email ~24 hours prior to the event), your upgrade order confirmation, and photo ID to the festival box office. If your original ticket was purchased by someone else, you must have a copy of their photo ID to redeem your upgrade.
